Welcome

Welcome to the Wine Grower's Tavern Hauerkuchl!
The old wine grower's house stems from the 17th century and was opened in 1980 after major refurbishment as Huber's Wine Grower's Tavern Hauerkuchl.
Here too Professor Walter von Hoesslin was the architect and Mrs Huber saw to the interior design. The wine tavern is well-known for its exquisite home-cooked dishes with specialities such as chicken in breadcrumbs, soured boiled rump, roast joint in onion sauce, etc. All dishes may be ordered à la carte. Upon prior reservation we will happily prepare pigling or duck.
The cultivated wines come from the neighbouring Fuhrgassl-Huber. You may also choose from numerous aperitifs and digestives or champagne. We also offer seasonal culinary highlights such as fish dishes or pickled herring salads etc.
For meetings, business dinners and private celebrations we can offer rooms for parties between 20 and 100 people.
