Our Buffet
Our salad buffet
It is custom in a wine tavern that guests help themselves to and choose their own dishes from the buffet.
Our buffet comprises of a huge selection of warm meats, such as caraway roast, neck of pork, lean loin, salted and smoked meat, cured meat, ox tongue, knuckle of pork, black pudding, bratwurst, rissoles, barbecued chicken, various vegetable and pasta casseroles and vegetable strudel.
As sides we recommend fresh salads or sauerkraut and dumplings.
If you prefer to eat cold dishes your choice ranges from various hard and soft cheeses, lard, a variety of sausages, ham and bacon, many different spreads and pickles.
Our fried dishes, such as chicken in breadcrumbs (20 mins), pork or chicken escalope or vegetables in breadcrumbs are always prepared freshly! (Please, be aware of some wait. However, these dishes may be ordered at your tables.)
For a party of more people we recommend our wine tavern plate with a comprehensive choice of roast and fried dishes. As sides we serve salads and breads.
