The wine tavern "10er Marie" is easily reached by public transport! The tram line J runs directly past the house and the underground line 3 is also nearby.

a unique extra tour in a vintage tramway to get to the wine tavern "10er Marie"?! Between May and October the Friends of the Train lines (Verband der Eisenbahnfreunde) offer tours from the Karlsplatz. Prices depend on the duration of the journey. Getting here....
by public transport
 Take the tram line J (from the ring, for example the Viennese Opera house) – stop Johann-Krawarik-Gasse or Ottakringer Str./Erdbrustgasse.
Take the underground line 3 (from Vienna centre or the railway station west) to the final tube station Ottakring, then continue walking for about 3 minutes.
by car:
Coming from the centre of Vienna, the north or the east:
From the Gürtel turn into the Ottakringer Straße and continue going out of town. Shortly after the underpass to the rapid transit railway you will reach the wine tavern 10er Marie.
Coming from the south
From the Altmannsdorfer Straße over the hill Grünen Berg, then onto Schönbrunn Palace, turn left into the Wiental. You get to the wine tavern 10er Marie either via Schlossallee - Johnstraße - Possingergasse – Thaliastraße or via Ameisgasse - Maroltingergasse - Sandleitengasse.
Coming from the west:
From the Flötzersteig turn left into the Maroltingergasse. Once you reach the Thaliastraße/Ottakringer Straße you may start looking for a car parking space.
