Reservations and Orders

If you wish to reserve places, a room or special buffets (please, also refer to the "buffets" section) you may do so by phone, by fax or in writing by letter. Or you may wish to meet us to see the rooms and we may then discuss the details of your reservation!

Please, state:

• date and time for your reservation
• number of people in the party
• type of event or occasion
• your preferred room 
• your preferred buffet
• any further requests (aperitif, table arrangements, cakes and gateaux,...)
• your preferred payment (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, cash or cash machine)
  

Cancellations are only accepted in written form. Cancellations are free of charge up to two weeks before the reserved date. For later cancellations we have to charge 10 % of the total buffet price.
