Reservations and Orders

If you wish to reserve places, a room or special buffets (please, also refer to the "buffets" section) you may do so by phone or by fax. Or you may wish to meet us to see the rooms and we may then discuss the details of your reservation!

Please, state:

• date and time for your reservation
• number of people in the party
• type of event or occasion
• your preferred room 
• your preferred buffet
• any further requests (aperitif, table arrangements, cakes and gateaux,...)
• your preferred payment (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, cash or cash machine)
  

Reservations are only treated as binding after written confirmation. Written cancellations are free of charge up to two weeks before the reserved date (Fax: ++43 1 440 27 30). For later cancellations we have to charge 10 % of the total buffet price. We kindly ask you to confirm the exact number of people the day before your event.
